This page says what Henfijeous collects, why we keep it, who can see it, and how you ask us to delete it. It is written in ordinary English on purpose.
Henfijeous is a beauty and health clinic at Level 2, 118 Chapel Street, Windsor VIC 3181. Reach us at [email protected] or (03) 9510 4286. We collect what we need to reply to an enquiry, to run a mapping session or program, and to write the results file. We do not sell or buy lists. We do not put your face on this site.
What we collect
From the forms we take a name, an e-mail address, an optional phone number, the program you selected, and the message you typed. The footer form does not ask for a message. Both forms include a timestamp used only to slow automated posts, and a hidden field that humans leave blank.
If you sit a mapping session or join a program we also collect clinical photographs, instrument readings (hydration, TEWL, melanin index where relevant), tape and scale figures for body courses, a list of products you already use, and notes on medicines or conditions you choose to tell us. Those notes exist so we can refuse unsafe work, not so we can build a marketing profile.
Why we hold it
Enquiry data is used to answer you and to offer mapping times. Clinical data is used to plan treatment, to compare week-4 and exit measures with the baseline, and to produce the PDF results file. Adherence notes exist so a flat graph can be read honestly. We do not use photographs for advertising or social posts. Composite case files on the results page are invented teaching objects, not your file with the name removed.
How long photographs and measures stay
Contact messages are kept for twelve months from the last reply, then deleted. Clinical photographs and the results file are kept for twenty-four months after your last visit. If you ask us to delete sooner, we remove the photographs and the PDF and confirm by e-mail. We may keep a one-line billing note (date, program name, amount) so a later refund request still makes sense. We do not keep copies on personal phones.
Who can see a file
Clinicians on your visits, and the person who compiles the results PDF, can open the file. Reception can see your name, contact details and appointment times, not the photograph set, unless you ask them to print a copy. Hosting staff in Sydney may see data only as part of keeping the server running. We do not give insurers, employers or family a copy unless you ask in writing. If a court or regulator lawfully requires a record, we will follow that requirement and tell you unless the law says we cannot.
We do not sell data
Henfijeous does not sell, rent or swap names, e-mail addresses, phone numbers, photographs or measurements. We do not run a remarketing pixel. If you accepted analytics cookies, a simple page-view count may run; if you declined, it does not. That choice lives in your browser for 180 days. Details sit on the cookies page.
Asking for access or deletion
Write to [email protected] with the subject “Privacy request”. Say whether you want a copy, a correction, or deletion of photographs and messages. We reply within ten business days. We may need you to confirm the e-mail we already have. Deletion of photographs is permanent on our side and cannot unwind a printed copy you already took home.
Hosting and security
The public site and the mailbox for [email protected] are hosted on shared infrastructure in Sydney, Australia. The contact handler checks the fields and then discards them after the on-screen confirmation. Clinic working files are stored in a folder that is not published on the website. Named logins only; no clinical photos in a staff group chat. If we learn of a breach that reaches your data, we will write to the e-mail we hold.
Children and changes
We do not take online bookings for anyone under 18. A parent or guardian must sit the first visit with a young person. If this notice changes we update the date at the top. New enquiries follow the new text. A deletion we already confirmed is not rewritten. Questions: [email protected]. This page is not a medical diagnosis.
