Terms
These terms cover how you book, pay and sit programs at Henfijeous. They sit beside the refund policy and the privacy notice.
Henfijeous sells measured skin and body programs, single treatments, a monthly membership and home-care products from Level 2, 118 Chapel Street, Windsor VIC 3181. E-mail is [email protected]. By sending a form, paying a deposit or sitting in the chair, you agree to these rules. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST as shown on the pricing page.
What we sell — and what we do not
We sell time in the clinic, a written plan, instrument readings, and a results file at the end of a program. We do not sell a guaranteed face, a guaranteed weight, or a medical diagnosis. Case files on the site are illustrative composites, not a promise that your numbers will move the same way. If a concern looks like disease we stop and name the kind of doctor to see. We are not a substitute for a GP or a dermatologist.
Booking and deposits
A mapping session is $95 and runs about forty-five minutes. That fee is credited in full to a program booked within 30 days. After 30 days it stands as payment for work already done. A program is held with a $95 deposit. The rest is paid in two parts: before session one, and before session four (or before the last session on a shorter course). We take card or transfer. We do not store a card for automatic program charges. Membership at $165 a month is a separate product; cancel in writing before the next month to stop it.
An enquiry form is not a booking. A booking exists when we have written back with a time and you have paid the deposit or mapping fee.
Transfers and non-attendance
Move a visit with at least 24 hours’ notice and we will not charge you. Tell us by e-mail or phone during published hours. If you change later than 24 hours, or you do not attend, we keep $45. Repeated no-shows may end a program; unused sessions then follow the refund policy.
Your job before we treat
You must tell us about medicines, pregnancy, breastfeeding, isotretinoin in the last six months, active infections, a fresh tan, and any condition that changes what the skin or body will do. Peels, needling and pigment laser are unsafe in some of those states. If we learn mid-course that a safety fact was withheld, we may stop. Completed sessions are not refunded in that case; unused ones follow the refund formula. If a doctor has asked you not to have cosmetic work, we will not argue with that letter.
Our right to refuse
We can refuse a procedure or a whole program when the ask is unsafe, when the calendar cannot hold the result you want, when a referral is the honest next step, or when you want a guarantee we will not write. If we refuse before any treatment, mapping is still refundable on the 24-hour rule; a program deposit is returned if we are the ones who will not start.
Results and liability
Outcomes differ between people. We are responsible for using the method we describe — same photographs, same instruments, a week-4 review, a written file — and for stopping when the numbers say the plan is wrong. We are not responsible for a hoped-for photograph that did not arrive, or for advice taken from this site without a mapping session.
To the extent Australian consumer law allows, our liability for a failure we can fix is to repeat the affected visit or to refund unused sessions. We do not exclude rights the Australian Consumer Law says you keep. Personal injury caused by our negligence is not waved away by a sentence on a website. A composite case file is not a contract for the same numbers.
The site and the rooms
The words, layout and mark on this site belong to Henfijeous. Public photographs are licensed stock, not pictures of our clients. We will end a visit if anyone is abusive to staff or to another person in reception; that visit is treated as a late cancel. Arrive able to consent — not intoxicated, not filming other people, not asking us to hide a treatment from a treating doctor.
Changes and law
We may update these terms in 2026. New bookings follow the new text. A program already paid follows the text that was live when you paid the deposit, unless a change is required by law. These terms are governed by the law of Victoria, Australia. Questions: [email protected]. This page is not medical advice.
