A program at Henfijeous is a dated sequence, not a punch card. You sit for mapping, we agree the course in writing, and every visit after that is a line in the same file. That is how we keep photography comparable and how we notice, at week four, whether the plan is doing anything. If you only want one facial, say so — we will not stretch it into a twelve-week story. If you want a number at the end, start with the mapping session and pick one of the four courses below.
Programs & treatments
Programs, start to exit report.
We sell courses with a start measure, a written plan and an exit file. Single treatments are available when a full program is not the right shape — they still go in a record if you already have a baseline.
The four programs
Skin Reset · 12 weeks
Suits congestion, rough texture and a face that has been over-treated at home. Six in-clinic sessions, two formal reviews, a four-step home routine and an exit results file. We measure lesion count, texture score, hydration and TEWL. Sessions sit roughly a fortnight apart so the barrier can keep up. Home care is written, not hinted at; if you skip the retinoid week, we write that down rather than wonder why the photo stalled.
$1,890
Request this programPigment & Tone · 8 weeks
Suits leftover summer patches, post-blemish marks and uneven tone in hard daylight. Four sessions, two measurement points plus exit, and a home pair of morning antioxidant and night inhibitor. We read melanin index on marked sites and grade even-tone on the same crop. Frequency is fortnightly. We will not run this course on a fresh tan, and we will pause it if you are heading north without a hat plan.
$1,440
Request this programBarrier Repair · 6 weeks
Suits sting, tightness and redness after acids, devices or a retinoid that was stacked too fast. Three clinic sessions, two check-ins, and a stretch of zero actives — usually twenty-one days. We measure TEWL and hydration and grade redness on a fixed map. This is the course we recommend when someone asks for a peel they should not have. It is short on purpose.
$980
Request this programBody Composition · 16 weeks
Suits people who want fat mass, lean mass and waist written down, with a coach who will not invent a miracle. Eight reviews, fortnightly measurements, a walking and strength plan that uses whatever gym or path you already have, and an exit file. No injections, no wraps sold as science. If the scale is the wrong tool because of a medical condition, we send you to a GP first.

Medical-grade facial · $180
A working facial with extraction where it is useful, not a spa pass. We map the zones we touch and write products used so a later program can start from fact.
LED therapy · $45
A timed light pass used on its own or as an add-on. We log wavelength and minutes. It will not lift pigment; it can settle redness after a stronger visit.
Microneedling · $320
Controlled depth on agreed zones. Three visits are $870. Not for anyone on isotretinoin in the last six months, and not inside a fortnight of a major event.
Pigment laser pass · $260
A single pass on marked patches after a mapping photo. We stop if the skin is tanned, irritated or due in the sun. Test spots sit on the file.
Chemical peel · $190
Strength chosen after TEWL, not from a menu. Downtime is written on the card you take home. We will refuse a peel when the barrier is already loud.
Lymphatic body treatment · $150
Manual work for fluid and comfort, not a fat-loss claim. Useful in a body program week when the tape has not moved and the legs feel heavy.
Scalp treatment · $165
Sebum score, a clean, and a tonic we actually name. Sudden shedding is a GP question first; this visit is support, not a diagnosis of hair loss.
Hydration infusion facial · $210
Channelled water and a calm finish. We take a hydration index before and after when you already have a baseline, so the visit is more than a soft face.
Add-ons & home care
Barrier cream kit · $78
Two occlusives and a cleanser we use in Barrier Repair. Unopened stock can come back within 14 days with the receipt.
Pigment serum 30 ml · $92
The night inhibitor we write into Pigment & Tone. You may use a product you already own if the file says it fits.
Scalp tonic · $64
Leave-on tonic logged against the sebum score. Not a prescription. We stop it if the scalp stings past day three.
Tape and log kit · $28
A marked tape and the paper grid we use for body reviews, so home measures match the landmark on the file.
LED mask hire, 4 weeks · $120
A clinic-owned mask on a bond, minutes written on a card. Hire is not a substitute for in-clinic work and is only offered when a program is already running.
Not suitable if…
We will not run peels, pigment laser or needling while you are pregnant, and we pause several actives if you are breastfeeding — tell us, do not guess. An active rosacea flare is a wait, not a stronger pass. Isotretinoin in the last six months rules out needling and most peels. A fresh tan rules out pigment work. If a mole has changed, if skin is infected, or if a body program is being asked to treat an eating disorder, we stop and name the clinician you need. Saying no is part of the method.
